Jesse Lee Jr. established LeeCon, LLC in 2011, though the experience behind the company goes back further. He was originally licensed in 1997 and has spent his career in residential construction across Southern Mississippi.

In 2024, his son Tristan Lee joined the business. Two generations now work the same way: on the job, in the details, and available to the homeowner. That is what a family company looks like when the name on the sign is the family’s own.
